Prescribed Government Fees for company establishment
The Government of Nepal has prescribed the following fees for the purpose of the following sections of the Companies Act, 2063: - For the purpose of company establishment:
A) Private Limited Company
- Rs. 1,00,000 / - with authorized capital up to Rs. 1,000 / -
- Rs. 1,00,001 / - to Rs. 5,00,000 / - with authorized capital of Rs. 4,500 / -
- Rs. 5,00,001 / - to Rs. 25,00,000 / - with authorized capital Rs. 9,500 / -
- Rs. 25,00,001 / - to Rs. 1,00,00,000 / - with authorized capital Rs. 16,000 / -
- Rs. 1,00,00,001 / - to Rs. 2,00,00,000 / - with authorized capital Rs. 19,000 / -
- Rs. 2,00,00,001 / - to Rs. 3,00,00,000 / - with authorized capital of Rs. 22,000 / -
- Rs. 3,00,00,001 / - to Rs. 4,00,00,000 / - with authorized capital of Rs. 25,000 / -
- Rs. 4,00,00,001 / - to Rs. 5,00,00,000 / - with authorized capital Rs. 28,000 / -
- Rs. 5,00,00,001 / - to Rs. 6,00,00,000 / - with authorized capital Rs. 31,000 / -

B) Public Limited Company
- Rs. 1,00,00,000 / - with authorized capital of Rs. 15,000 / -
- Rs. 1,00,00,001 / - to Rs. 10,00,00,000 / - with authorized capital Rs. 40,000 / -
- Rs. 10,00,00,001 / - to Rs. 20,00,000 / - with authorized capital Rs. 70,000 / -
- Rs. 20,00,00,001 / - to Rs. 30,00,00,000 / - with authorized capital Rs. 100,000 / -
- Rs. 30,00,00,001 / - to Rs. 40,00,00,000 / - with authorized capital Rs. 130,000 / -
- Rs. 40,00,00,001 / - to Rs. 50,00,00,000 / - with authorized capital Rs. 160,000 / -
- Rs. In case of authorized capital above Rs. 50,00,000 / -, a fee of Rs. 1 crore of Rs. 3000/ -
C) If the registered company increases its capital:
The previous capital will be deducted as per the additional capital and the insufficient amount will have to be paid according to the new rate.
