Family law is a law that governs the legal responsibilities between individual and other family members. Thus, it mainly deals with family matters and domestic issues. Part 3 of Muluki Civil Code, 2017 of Nepal deals with the provisions relating to family matters.  It covers issues relating to marriage, divorce, adoption, custody and paternity. 

For validity of marriage, certain formalities and legal requirements are to be fulfilled. Persons from different cultural and educational backgrounds often enter into marriages. Naturally, there will be adjustment and sometimes matrimonial struggles. 

The spouses seek difficulty in solving issues by themselves and seek external help. We are here to provide that external help with utmost integrity and sensitivity.
